Scmidt advise that the ink is oil based so may leave an oily mark after the colour is erased, soapy water or a gentle leather/vinyl cleaner should remove the oily mark completely.

I personally use a gentle leather cleaner to erase the pen marks.

 

Please test on a piece of the material you are using before use.

 

I would advise to not leaving the marks on the material for longer than 48hrs as i have found the longer the lines are left on the material the harder they are to clean off.

Our policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
