How It all works

First contact

When you first contact us by phone, email or social media we call this first contact, we use this time to do our best to get as much information about the work you are enquiring about so that we can get the best possible idea of what you want and need.

If you are not here in person with your project it is hard for us to get an idea of what is needed for us to complete the job so we will usually ask to send some pictures via email.

The Estimate

After first contact we will send out an estimate to you detailing the job and what we think is needed and an approximate cost.

If we are successful in getting the job we will usually ask for a small deposit to book your place in our schedule, you will be given a drop off date for the work to start.

The big day

We will usually contact you before the start date to make sure everything is ok to prepare for your arrival and depending on the size of the job we may need to collect a payment for materials and initial labour costs.
